RATES

* 2011 Special Winter Rate (October 1st – December 31st, 2011) : C$128/night

• Rates are in Canadian dollars, applicable tax will be applied.
• Rates are based on double occupancy. (Subtract $10 for single occupancy)
• Additional guest using the sofa bed or cot costs C$20 per night per person.
• Gourmet breakfast is included. If you do not need breakfast, $10 discount will be given.
• Children under 4 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

HOUSE POLICY

• Guest rooms are pet free. However, the rest of the property is home to our dog Sesame and other farm animals.
• Smoking is NOT allowed inside the building, restaurant patio and shared deck area or within 10 meters of any entrance.
• Check-in time is between 4pm and 6pm unless prior arrangement is made. Please let us know in advance if you are arriving early or late.
• Check-out time is 11am.
• We offer a full breakfast in the dining room between 8am and 10am.

RESERVATION POLICY

• Reservations require a Visa or Mastercard to hold and guarantee a room.
• If cancelled 7 days prior to the date of the first night’s booking, there is no charge.
• If cancelled within 4-7 days, 50% of your total stay will be charged to your credit card.
• If cancelled within 3 days, 100% of the rates for your total stay will be charged to your credit card.
• We will send you an e-mail confirmation within 3 days of your booking. Please contact us if you did not receive an e-mail.
